Whether you're traveling for an extended period, recovering from an unrelated medical procedure, or simply need a brief break for personal reasons, Cionic offers pause options designed to accommodate your changing needs. Understanding the available pause options, their limitations, and how to initiate them ensures you can temporarily suspend your subscription without losing the long-term benefits of your Neural Sleeve. This guide outlines the complimentary pause process and provides important information about additional pause options should you need them.

What is the Complimentary Pause?

The complimentary pause is a feature that enables you to temporarily deactivate your Cionic Neural Sleeve subscription for up to two months. During this pause:

  • You will not be billed.
  • You will not have access to the Cionic app.
  • You will receive an automated message about an upcoming onboarding session with the pause end date. Please disregard this message, as it is related to the account blocking feature.

Pause Rules and Eligibility:

  • Complimentary Pause Duration: Each customer is entitled to one complimentary pause of up to two months.
  • Pause Frequency: This complimentary pause is available once per 12 billing cycles.
  • Additional Pauses: If you require additional pauses beyond the complimentary one, you can purchase a pause for up to two months for $90 by contacting Cionic support.
  • Automatic Resumption: At the end of your pause period, your billing will automatically resume, and your Cionic app access will be restored.
  • Early Unpause: If you wish to reactivate your subscription before the end of the two-month pause, you can request an earlier unpause by contacting Cionic support.
