New Phone Pairing Instructions
- Disconnecting from an Old Device: The Neural Sleeve control unit can only be paired with one device at a time. To connect to a new device, you must first disconnect it from the old one. This is done by performing a factory reset.
- Preparing for Pairing: After performing the factory reset, the control unit will be ready to pair with a new device when its light is blinking blue. If you don’t see the blue light, quickly press the button once more to trigger the pairing mode.

- Open the CIONIC app on your new phone.
- Tap the control unit icon located in the upper right corner.
