My Control Unit will not charge

Before assuming there's a serious problem, there are a few simple troubleshooting steps that often resolve charging difficulties. This short guide outlines the quick checks you can perform to determine whether the issue is with your charging setup or if you'll need additional support from our team.
 

Troubleshooting Power Issues

  1. Try a Different Outlet: Plug your control unit into a different power outlet and use a different charging cable if available.
  2. Wait and Observe: Leave the control unit connected to the charger for 30 minutes.
  3. Contact Support: After 30 minutes, if the lights on the control unit do not turn on, please contact CIONIC Support at support@cionic.com to report the issue.
